Add-on for 2 Year Tax History ($1.00-$8.50) - Reverse loan requirements may require the tax certificate to include 2 years paid tax history; Tax cert will include as many years required to obtain 2 years paid history (for example if current year taxes are owing, there will be 3 years of taxes provided)
Add-on for 3 Year Tax History ($1.00-$8.50) - Reverse loan requirements may require the tax certificate to include 3 years paid tax history; Tax cert will include as many years required to obtain 3 years paid history (for example if current year taxes are owing, there will be 4 years of taxes provided)
Add-on for Mailaway ($7.50) - In addition to municipal fees and courier fees if request must be sent overnight
Add-on for Manual Research (Quote) - Occasionally, taxes can only be obtained by sending a searcher to the courthouse (this happens most frequently to verify if in KY if the homeowner has prior tax liens)
Add-on for Tax Bill Proof ($5.00-$7.50) - Written documentation from taxing authority supporting tax certificate (where available); fee varies based on locale

Add-on for Water/Sewer ($11.00) - Identifies if the property has well/septic or public water/sewer. Provides as much information as is public info relating to the associated water/sewer accounts.

Add-on for Nuisance Lien Letter ($5.00) - Applicable in certain parts of PA - Letter indicates if there are any Nuisance liens which must be resolved before documents may be recorded
Add-on for TX Jurisdiction Info & Taxes without exemptions ($3.00) - Provides list of jurisdictions that apply to each tax collector, their associated millage rates, exemptions, total exemption amount by jurisdiction and a summary of taxes with and without exemptions by tax authority.
Full Municipal Lien Search ($95.00-$125.00) - Property Tax Data in addition to Unpaid utility bills (water/sewer and other utilities which can attach to property based on locale such as fire fees, street lights, etc.), open/expired permits, building code violations, unrecorded liens & special assessments. In addition to any pass-through fees for acquiring the data; fee varies by locale.
Product Definitions
Standard Tax Cert - Property Info per Tax Collector: Owner, Situs, Parcel Number, Exemptions, Class Code; Tax Authority Information: Collector, Payee, Payment Address, Discounts, etc; Tax Amounts: Base, Paid, and any Discounts or Penalties, date paid, payoff and good through date if delinquent for all outstanding tax years as well as any liens collected by the tax authority. Information relating to Tax Sale or Foreclosure if applicable.
Standard Tax Cert + Values - Includes all of the data in a Standard Tax Cert in addition to Assessement information - Breakdown of Land, Improvement and Total Market Value; Assessed Value and Taxable Value and Next Date Taxes are due.
